Rostelecom introduces the new IFS access number format.

Rostelecom (Russia) introduces the new IFS access number format 8 800 XXX XXXX. This is the Access Method No. 1 in ITU-T Rec. E.152 – Access in the country of origin via dialling a national freephone number. There are no access restrictions when dialling such access number either from fixed or from mobile networks in Russia.
